Last night I was playing cards as we usually do on Sat. nights, and my friend brought over a friend of hers. Anyway, throughout the course of the night the new girl says that she thinks she remembers me from a couple of years ago giving away puppies at Wal*Mart. Instantly I remember from two years back talking to someone, showing off my little pups, and meanwhile this quiet girl taking interest in one of my little girl puppies. After the other guy left she said she'd take my little Harmony. I said goodbye to Harmony and hoped as I'd hoped for all my pups that she'd have a good life.
So back to last night. After realizing who she was I had to ask about the pup, although for the life of me I had trouble remembering if it was Lilah she took or Harmony; but then I remembered she took the smallest one and that was tiny Harmony with her tiny lil ears lol. Anyway, Harmony grew up! She lives with the girl's ex now, and they named her Fido and she's smart too! I was just so happy to find out that her life turned out so well (especially since the only other of my pups I've known about either ran away or were taken later to the pound.)
Maybe the name I gave her was a good luck charm lol
